GameInstinct is lead by a team of seasoned members with extensive experience inside the Quality Assurance Software Testing and Gaming Industries.

Brad Baker - President
Mr. Baker founded GameInstinct, as well as its parent company Testing Testing123 with the purpose of providing specialized quality assurance value to clients that are looking to outsource QA or to support their in-house teams. Mr. Baker has been testing commercial software since the 1980’s and holds a Masters Degree in Software Engineering from Seattle University. Throughout his career, he has helped ship hundreds of applications on-time and on-budget globally. He has personally developed two configuration labs, and has also assisted in setting up two more labs for Microsoft: the ACCT Lab (Application Configuration and Compatibility Testing Lab) in Redmond, WA, and the Localization Compatibility Lab in Ireland, U.K.

George Sarhanis - Managing Director
Mr. Sarhanis develops GameInstinct’s marketing campaigns and manages client and partner relationships to ensure the highest level of service. Since the late 1990’s, Mr. Sarhanis has been working with technology companies to bring products to market, develop mutually beneficial partnerships, and maximize sales. He was the Marketing Director at Echospace Technologies and then twice achieved success as an entrepreneur, first as the founder of a wireless startup and later as a business development and marketing consultant. In addition to his responsibilities at GameInstinct, Mr. Sarhanis is involved with the leadership committee of the Washington Technology Industry Association (formerly Washington Software Alliance). Mr. Sarhanis holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
